The subcommittee is putting out a call for new members. Please see the position description below to view the eligibility requirements and other details. Deadline: The applications will close at 12 noon on Monday, November 7, 2022. 

.The Gender Equity, Diversity and Inclusion subcommittee’s responsibilities include providing advice to City Council (via the Social Wellbeing Advisory Committee) or to Administration related to:

  • The advancement of the City Service Delivery actions in the Gender Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.

  • New projects identified by the Social Wellbeing Advisory Committee chair and Sub-committee chair that provide an opportunity for advancing gender equity.
