Victoria, Capacity Builder
Victoria (She/Her) joined the CDLI team in November 2024. As a Capacity Builder for the Building Connected Communities project. Having a background in Social Work with a focus on Community Development and a keen interest in working with diverse communities to bring about social change. This interest has led me to engage with diverse communities and groups across Alberta, discussing and identifying resources that members in communities can utilise to bring about the needed change in their communities.
As a network CDLI is so much more than the small staff team. CDLI connects, inspires, acts through the contributions and dedication of network members, youth, students and volunteers. Many are mentioned on this page by name and many are not. We thank them all.
Practicum Student Social Work Supervisors
Since the CDLI Co-Leads do not have Social Work backgrounds, we rely on partnerships with people in our network to co-supervise CDLI’s practicum supervisors. A HUGE shout out goes to Meghan Costello for co-supervising Sukhman, Sarah Winstanley for co-supervising Carly, and Jessica Pauletig for co-supervising Aspen in 2022!
