Join us for our eight weeks of community-based learning where together we explore principles, tools, and practices that can help us to take action in our communities! We ask that people be able to attend at least six of the eight weeks, as the material builds off of previous sessions. In addition to our weekly sessions, learners will have the opportunity for one-on-one mentorship.

Meet Your Facilitator
Tyson Bankert has been working and volunteering in supporting neighbourhood life for as long as he can remember! His interest in community comes at the intersection of justice and community development, and his work is based on equity, wellness, and agency. His personal slogan is: “Promote Justice, Edify Others, and Befriend the Lonely”.
