Join Mosaic PCN's Patient and Family Advisory Committee!

Mosaic Primary Care Network (PCN) currently hosts a Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC). The committee is looking for additional volunteers that are interested in becoming a Patient Advisor, to join the Committee in January 2022. The role of patient advisors is to be the voice of patients and families making a difference on the health services provided in your community. 

Who can be a Patient Advisor? 

Anyone who is a Mosaic Primary Care Network (PCN) patient, over the age of 18, and willing to volunteer for two hours per month. These monthly meetings are hosted online with other members of the committee to help improve the safety and quality of care for all patients of Mosaic PCN!

Mosaic PCN is a group of family doctors and healthcare professionals that provide primary health care, in partnership with Alberta Health Services. Mosaic PCN member clinics are located in northeast and southeast Calgary. Our vision, "Better Health For All", honours our area's diversity of cultures.
