Seeking input on newcomers accessing services!
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has designated the Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS) as the Calgary West Facilitator for the new zone-based outreach and service delivery project for newcomers to the west side of Calgary.
The project seeks to increase client uptake and enhance newcomer engagement with IRCC-funded settlement services available in our city.
The first step of the project sees to identify and confirm the primary reasons why some newcomers are not accessing these services available to them in the SW & NW quadrants.
Focus groups will be held to garner feedback and recommendations from clients and Service providers to support future planning and service delivery.
