Let the space just be - let people e together without agendas & allow creativity flow from there
We don’t know until we ask
How do we provide space for all the whole family together as a unit? Adding more ingredients into programming that can better suit the needs of everyone in the family
How do we find out and share what’s happening?
How might we navigate unconscious bias in community conversations
As facilitators we have power and responsibility that we need to be aware of!
Create an environment where community members take responsibilities for their beliefs.
Tools that can be helpful: have a co-facilitator, use group agreements
