This role will report to the Manager of Community Supports, and is a professional non-union position responsible for encouraging, supporting, and facilitating actions that create a welcoming and inclusive community where diversity is celebrated, and where residents feel safe and can fully participate in community life. We are looking for someone who has expertise and experience with ensuring that the Indigenous culture is optimized in the work that we do to enable Senior Administration or City Council to make informed decisions related to the operation of the Community Development Department.
