Description: The Cultivating Safe Spaces framework uses a decolonized approach to promote inclusion, connection, freedom, well-being, and validation for all in our personal and professional lives. When we practice, we begin to understand what colonization and decolonization looks like in our lives and how we can move towards meaningful reconciliation.

The content framework comes from Elaine Alec’s Cultivating Safe Spaces (CSS) program. As a certified Cultivating Safe Spaces facilitator, Geraldine's purpose in facilitating the CSS framework is to unstuck us from the status quo through care, curiosity, and creativity and offer hope for change through imagination.
