You are invited to hear about an innovative way for health care professionals & providers to link community seniors to a wide range of social & care support services allowing Ageing-In-Place to be more & accessible & affordable. This informative session will be of interest to health care providers, seniors, family members looking for support for their ageing family members & for those with senior neighbours & friends. There will be volunteer opportunities & training as support staff.
