Reflections from the Anti-Racism & Decolonization Learning and Action Team

The Anti-Racism & Decolonization Learning and Action Team meets monthly to learn together, talk about how we work together, and share updates on some of the projects and initiatives that we have underway.

At our February meeting, we agreed through consensus that we would like to share reflections back to the wider community that capture some of what emerged through the gathering. These reflections could be written posts, photographs, songs - whatever speaks to the person crafting it that month!

The incredible Tyson Bankert raised his hand to put together the first reflection, and this is what he has shared. Thank you Tyson for capturing the heart of what we spoke about, and our intentions for how we continue to move forward!
